APS Packaging case/partition inserters are built with a compact and sturdy framework of painted steel. They utilize SCARA manipulators, suction cups and pantographs to deliver smooth pick-up, partition opening and precise placement for efficient case packing. They can easily accommodate format change and motorization is controlled through variable speed drive inverters for progressive and soft starts/stops. Various models suitable for lines with capacities up to 42 cartons/minute are available.
