APS Packaging’s case erectors have a solid and secure main structure. They can continue loading cases and infeed in-line with the machine. Electro mechanic keeping arms with horizontal translation open and square on the working table. Devices for bottom flaps apply pressure to assure perfect sealing.
Our case erectors have a quick change format option, through tachometer and millimetre scale, without using keys. Motorization is managed by an inverter to assure soft and progressive starts and stops.
Control panel are equipped by PLC for the managing of the working cycle. A protecting net with micro-switch is applied for the automatic stop of the machine in case of the doors open.
