APS Packaging’s partition/case inserters are built with a compact and sturdy framework of painted steel. They utilize SCARA manipulators, suction cups and pantographs to deliver smooth pick-up, partition opening and precise placement for efficient case packing. They can easily accommodate format change and motorization is controlled through variable speed drive inverters for progressive and soft starts and stops. Various models suitable for lines with capacities up to 42 cartons/minute are available.
