OPERATIONS MANAGER

Automation and Packaging Solutions, Inc. needs an Operations Managers located at 2224 Northpoint Parkway, Santa Rosa CA 95407 with a High School Diploma/GED and 90 months of experience.

POSITION DUTIES:

● Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals and or progress

● Align the company’s technical resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals

● Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services

● Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives

● Manage technical department

● Technical project management

● Making comprehensive plans for project logistics and installation

● Supervise and manage preventive maintenance contracts for customer plants.

● Spare parts department supervisor

● Manage technical resources including employees and outsourced.

● Manage the department’s budget.

● Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training of technical managers.

● Availability for short trips to visit customers and suppliers to discuss the technical part of the projects.

● Supervise the installation and start-up phases of the systems at the customers’ premises.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

● High School/GED

● Licenses: SIEMENS TIA PORTAL V.15, REER SAFETY SYSTEM

● Languages: Spanish and Italian

● Prior Experience as Field Service Technician, Technical Trainer, Commissioning Technician, After-Sales Service Technician, Project Manager.

SALARY:

Salary range from $166,317.00 per year/ 40-hour week.
